The City Hall Clock tower. This clock was one of the largest in the world when it was built in 1900 -- the minute hand is 13 feet long, and the face is slightly larger than Big Ben in London. The neon was added in the Sixties. Winter twilight falls around 5. Taken from the roof of the Government Center Parking Ramp on 5th Ave. and 6th Street.
